The Service analyzes financial profile data and provides AI-generated insights regarding funding readiness, potential lenders, application sequencing, funding strategies, and user-directed documentation templates based on a client's financial profile.
FundingBot.ai provides financial analysis tools, AI-generated insights, educational resources, and user-directed documentation templates for informational and educational use only. It does not submit credit applications, access live credit bureau data, guarantee loan approvals, contact creditors or reporting agencies on a user's behalf, or act as a lender, broker, or financial advisor.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. The Service is intended for lawful use by adults in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and applicable state privacy laws.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents before uploading any credit reports or personal financial information to the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LENDER RECOMMENDATION WILL RESULT IN AN APPROVAL.
Lender criteria, credit requirements, and approval policies change frequently. The information in our lender database is based on publicly available data, industry research, and historical patterns, and may not reflect current lender policies. Always verify requirements directly with the lender before submitting an application.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDINGBOT.AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOAN DENIALS, CREDIT SCORE IMPACTS, LOST BUSINESS, OR RELIANCE ON INACCURATE RECOMMENDATIONS.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the lender database, funding engine, matching algorithms, documentation templates, analysis logic, and user interface — are the exclusive proprietary property of FundingBot.ai and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws (© 2025 FundingBot.ai, All Rights Reserved). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
