FundingBot.ai offers AI-powered financial analysis tools and funding intelligence on a subscription and one-time payment basis. We stand behind the quality of our platform and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date, provided you have not consumed more than one full analysis run on the platform.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@fundingbot.ai with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 14-day window
  • Accounts that have fully utilized the purchased analysis capacity
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
