When you upload a credit report, the file is transmitted securely over TLS (HTTPS) and stored in encrypted cloud storage. The file is processed by our system to extract relevant credit data points (score, utilization, inquiries, account history, etc.). We do not retain the original credit report file longer than necessary to provide the Service.
The structured data points extracted from the credit report (e.g., credit score, utilization ratio, number of inquiries) are stored in our database and associated with your analysis record. This data is used solely to generate your financial analysis, funding-readiness recommendations, and documentation templates, and is not shared with any third party, including lenders or reporting agencies.
If you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to associate your analyses with your account and to send you service-related communications.
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service improvement and is not linked to individual credit analyses.

Extracted credit data points and analysis records are retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete any analysis at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes the associated files. After account deletion, all data is purged within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for data at rest, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls to limit who can access stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
